Laxmi Bai informs Tatya Tope and her aides that Mangal Pandey had saved her life and Jhansi's treasury. She confers the treasury to Pandey to use it to free India. Nelson decides to use Rose slyly to reach Laxmi Bai and the treasury. Nelson telegraphs Lord Dalhousie that the British don't have Jhansi's treasury. Pandey plots Lord Dalhousie's killing to destabilise the British empire.
