Gangadhar feels disappointed to see Laxmibai leaving from there. He follows her. Sakhubai, Jankibai and Lacho are shocked when Motibai tells them that the girl who won against Pascal is Maharani Laxmibai. Spears is very upset that Fort Williams accepted his resignation. Everyone is sure that Gangadhar Rao will return to the palace with Laxmibai. But Sakhubai, Jankibai and Lacho refuse to believe that the girl is indeed Laxmibai. Meanwhile, Laxmibai reaches a temple and faints. Gangadhar goes to help her. Laxmibai gains consciousness and initially gets angry with him.
