Gangadhar accuses Marshall of spreading terror in Jhansi and warns him that if such an act is repeated, then he would be thrown out of Jhansi. Nobody wishes Prachi on her birthday, so she is very disappointed. Prachi goes with a plea to the king that everyone who forgot her birthday be punished. However, Prachi is delighted when everybody surprises her with gifts. Meanwhile, at the Commissionerate, a British officer informs Marhsall that the villagers were drawing water from their private land. Having found a reason to needle Laxmibai again, Marshall shouts at the villagers and thrashes them. Just then, Kranti Guru arrives and drags Marshall. Both of them then have a sword fight, and Laxmibai wins. However, she gives Marshall a chance and asks him to leave Jhansi.
