When Hamilton reads Nelson's message that he has captured Jhansi, he is delighted and directs his army to head to Jhansi. Meanwhile, a triumphant Ladai Sarkar says that Jhansi would soon belong to Orchha. Her happiness is short-lived when she sees Hamilton and his men retreat. Laxmibai reminds Ladai Sarkar that they British are their enemies but Ladai Sarkar goes to kill her. However, Laxmibai drops her to the ground and she faces a humiliating defeat. Tatya Tope enchains Ladai Sarkar and Nathey Khan and takes them to Laxmibai's camp. Nathey Khan manages to free himself and stabs Laxmibai in the back. She collapses. The physician tells Tatya Tope that Laxmibai is in coma. Even in her comatose state, Laxmibai continues to dream about Gangadhar and her past. A dejected Tatya Guru tells Laxmibai that Jhansi awaits her.
