Ellis plans to win over the confidence of the King of Jhansi. Nelson beats up the Indians who are celebrating the festival of 'Ganesh Chaturthi'. He bans the celebration of the festival. Laxmibai gets angry when she hears this. Ellis stops Nelson from committing atrocities on the Indians. Nelson leaves. Laxmibai arrives and she thinks Ellis is trying to stop the festivities.
